Enso International Academy's L.E.A.D (Life Essentials & Activities for Daily Living) Program is a vocational program designed to equip students (ages 9+) with essential life skills for independence and future success.

The L.E.A.D Program provides a structured, supportive environment where students build foundational skills in self-care, teamwork, time management, and workplace readiness. It introduces the concept of work through hands-on learning, helping students develop self-help skills, basic communication, functional academics, and social-emotional skills.

Additionally, students gain early exposure to job-specific skills and practical training in presentation and daily living activities, empowering them to pursue meaningful career paths based on their strengths and interests.
