At Enso International Academy, S.T.E.P. is a specialised transition program designed for students who need intensive, personalised support before entering formal academics—or navigating the everyday demands of life.
We meet every student where they are—and guide them forward with care, structure, and purpose.

Our Purpose

To support neurodivergent learners by bridging developmental gaps, building essential skills, and promoting independence—both in the classroom and in real life.

What Makes S.T.E.P. Different?

S.T.E.P. is not a one-size-fits-all program. Every child receives an Individualised Education Plan (IEP) that is collaboratively developed and reviewed each term by teachers, therapists, and parents.

- Strategic & Supportive: A clear prompting hierarchy encourages independence while reducing over-reliance

- Continue to Enso Vocational Academy to focus on life skills, independence, and career readiness
- Follow a customised alternate pathway based on therapy goals or family decisions
