At Enso International Academy, the 1:1 Support Program provides specialised, individualised support for students who benefit from more intensive guidance in their learning journey—both academically and in everyday life. Students in this program remain integrated within the classroom environment, allowing them to participate meaningfully alongside their peers. At the same time, they receive individualised guidance and targeted intervention, which may include small-group or one-to-one pull-out sessions when specific skills need more focused support. We meet every student where they are—and guide them forward with care, structure, and purpose.

The 1:1 Support Program is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every student receives an Individualised Education Plan (IEP) that is collaboratively developed and reviewed each term by teachers, therapists, and parents.
